Unless one can reset the computer to this exercise bike by taking a battery out and leaving it out for a few minutes, then putting it back in, I have no further suggestions. There is a year warranty on the bike and the user guide offers a number to call for replacement parts (of which I presume the computer might be one). But then you would face installation and without a service manual, a lack of guidance unless there would be some from the support number. Before you make any call, see if you can locate a part number in the manual as well as the model number of the bike. Attached is a link to a manual which may be downloaded.

This is probably a 1( faulty speed sensor, adjust it , clean it and tigh the plug very well see the diagram attached. 2( test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair 3( test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty see the block diagram . The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1. or e2
Run the software calibration for easy diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fix it.
