I want to totally remove titles of archived items from my 2012 Kindle, not just access to them (done it via my a/c) so all I have left are items I want to keep + my unread list. How can I do this?

Go to the page that shows your cart and click the trash can. You can also call Amazon at 1 (888) 280-4331

if you have added stuff to your cart simply click on the cart icon and click on remove. you only have them on "watch" so you are not committed to buy them

I want this billed to my amazon account and delivered to another address

When you put an item in your basket and then go to check out it will ask you what credit card you want to use. Then it will ask you what shipping address you want to use. You will have to input the new address I hope this helped

Grant,
You can drag the photo to the top of the screen and drop it in the waste basket. The waste basket doesn't always appear until you start dragging the photo.
So, until you try dragging you don't see where the basket appears.

Simply hold your finger on the item you wish to remove, a pop-up menu will appear asking if you wish to remove the item from your device. Say yes.

Are you talking about shopping basket or books and other items that you've purchased? If it's a shopping basket right click and select delete option or for touch screen long press the item and select delete. If they are things you've purchased follow those same steps or select 'move to cloud' option if you want to keep them in storage.

You didn't click "Submit" or "Complete Payment" did you?

If that ecommerce solution is so lousy that it won't let you edit your cart, I'd simply bail! Close that window. If you hit the site again and your basket pops up still full - and if you want to buy any of those items from that vendor - look for a 'help' link or 'contact us' link. Tell them what happened, and to please fix their dang cart lol!

Basket Remove

If I understand you correctly you want to remove an item from the Amazon Cart or basket, correct?
Step 1: Click on "My Cart"
Step 2: Find the item you need to remove
Step 3: Click on the Delete icon below the item

I would like you offer a solution but I really do not understand your question. Are you trying to remove two items from your shopping basket? If yes, proceed:
Step 1: Make sure you are logged into your Amazon account
Step 2: Open your basket or shopping cart
Step 3: On the far left of your shopping cart is a place to check a box, tap in the box until you see a check mark.
Step 4: Alternatively you may change the quantity to 0
Step 5: Click on Delete or Update, the item should be removed.
