probably your charger is broken or your charging port is broken. either way, if the charger is broken, its cheap to replace. if the port is broken, its cost a bit more

Either the charger or battery is defective.

1. Turnn completly off the tablet.
2. With the tablet turned off, holding the return button while turning on the tablet-pressing power button. Keep holding the return button until you see the Hard Factory reset screen.
3. Confirm the hard reset procedure. Once done, simply wait until process has finished-the tablet will restart. This process can take up to 30 minutes, so it's very important that the battery of the tablet is completly charged before attempting the hard reset. If you can connect it to the charger while resetting, even better.

Sounds like you are in a "Boot Loop". Let's try to break the Boot Loop. Plug the device into the charger, then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds - make sure the device is OFF after the 60 seconds. Let change overnight. Next Day, unplug the device from the charger, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, wait 30 seconds, press and release the power button normally, the device should be out of the Bootloop.

I purchased A Coby tablet from Fingerhut and it did the same thing in less then a week and the connection fell inside the device so i returned Their piece of junk... i now have a bigger better one from stoneberry and a smaller Samsung Galaxy 2 from Qvc :)..i pau $60.05 in

You do not have to be a guinea pig. But I imagine technology has not changed that much since you had the 7 inch tablet and I would give it a try, since there probably is no other way to solve this.

Try plugging in your charger to a different outlet. If that doesn't do anything, there might be a problem with your charger or your USB port on the Tablet. May have to replace the charger.
