Sharp Troubleshooting will not load paper

Next consider taking all of the paper out and refilling the tray with paper from a new (just opened) ream. If the paper picks up atmospheric moisture, it can warp and be hard for the pick up rollers to handle.

i can tell you how in the back there is a **** on lower back slide paper in and push the button that looks like an arrow with ripped paper an it should feed

Does loading mean picking papers? If so remove the paper tray and rotate the semi-circular rubbers . Clean them with a clean damp cloth and return the tray loaded with papers.

Unplug the machine open all covers and check for paper jams, remove the paper draw check for paper behind the draw. load paper before pluging in

Well depending on the model ther is often a small slot on the back of the calculator where the paper would feed through, you would push the paper in then press the feed key, which is often on the top left corner of the key pad. If you still cannot get the paper to load then call us at 1-800-BESHARP. or 1-800-237-4277.

Goto the job status and select the print job that is waiting.. To the right, select details and select the paper size you want. Identify the job because you will want to make sure the settings in that document are set to the correct paper size and type.
