Camera:Sony cybershot DSC W55
when i print or email the pics, i'd like the date and time imprinted on them
The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. To print this, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.
For email you don't have to do anything since the info is included with the picture. Your recipient can view/print the data the same way you do.

This does depent on the software you are using to print the images- The data is in the images the computer programs has to find it. What program do you use to print?

SOURCE: unable to imprint date on pics with my sony
should work if your setting it up right. The date looks awful anyway. it will be right on the front. then you can't get rid of it on the picture. I took my date off. Ruined a few good pictures with the date right in the way.
SOURCE: Hi I have a sony cybershot DSC W55 BIG PROBLEM
if you have guarantee change the lcd screen .. it is quite easier.. but the cost for changing is nearly 3/4 of the camera so better buy a new camera..
