sounds like the motherboard has gone.... you could try changing the PSU and popping out some of the ram boards to see if that helps. but with the symptoms you've said, i'd say its the motherboard.

It might blinks due to old firmware....Please update firmware & let me know if this works...

Sounds like the power supply has gone bad on some outputs - most likely the 3.3 volt source.

The slot doesn't face the wrong way round. It is a 3.3v PCI slot. Suitable cards are available, just look on Ebay for some of the older cards. Make sure it has software driver support for your OS.

Your server definetly has issue booting first of all this is a little old server model so first open and blow air from a blower (&not use vaccum cleaner)
since problem could be anything frm a struck cpu fan or anything
then poer donw theM/c and locate the RAM its a smal hardware in green color vertically fitted to the motherboard it will have locks at the both ends press them downwards the RAM will pop out then clean the side that was inside the motherboard with eraser and nothing else(it might damage the RAM) then fix it as it was aligning the notch it should work
