I am not sure about this but my solution is probably to factory reset your phone but you will lose ALL data. Unless of course your phone numbers are saved to sim
log on to your account on google play store, then look for samsung unlocker application, install it to your tab and run the application. follow the instruction correctly.. it will unlock your tab.
