Blue screen could be a bad main board or a no signal issue---do you get picture with DVD player connected?

This is symptom of bad/ defective blue picture tube that will be replaced to fix this problem.
Blue picture tube replacement is job of professional because it requires lots of convergence adjustments for correct picture and picture tube price would also be bit high.

Your problem is the blue CRT or picture has gone bad, you will need to have the picture replaced, there are three tubes in this model rear projection television. Red, Green, and Blue. Replaceing the blue tube is the only option for normal operation to resume. It may be hard to find the tube, but you can try contacting this website for the part www.vdc.com, they manufacture and usually have stocks of sony picture tubes and rebuilt ones as well. The company's name is Video Display Corporation...

I'm not familiar with this set but it sounds like your blue crt has shorted out and is putting out so much color that it overwhelms the other colors. Is the picture also washed out? If so then your blue crt is bad. Probably not worth fixing. Let me know more about what the picture looks like.

My television worked this morning and now only shows a blue screen. The sound works but no picture except for a wavy blue screen.

replace stk 392-110 ( or stk 392-150 same number) , check resistor 2.2 ohms for open or burn beside STK IC's

yeah you need a tech to adjust the bias of the picture tube if you are lucky that fix it other wise the blue picture tube is bad

It is not a bulb. It is a picture tube. If there are thin blue lines across the entire screen, not just the edges, and the picture itself looks too blue, it means that the blue picture tube is being driven too hard. This could be because the blue screen voltage is too high, the boost voltage on the blue picture tube is too low, or the video output is leaky or shorted. If the picture has what looks like blue arcs and double images on one or more sides of the picture, it means that one of your convergence IC's has burned out and needs to be replaced.
