Sometimes they need to sit for a while after they have been moved, to allow all the refrigerant to settle back where it should be. If you had to put it on it's side / upside down to clean it, then maybe if you give it a few hours sitting upright it might start working again.
Also (I am not familiar with that exact model of fridge) are there any switches or dials that may have been moved during the cleaning process?
If you already have moved it wrong, you can sometimes get it working byplugging it in and unplugging it a number of times with an hour or so inbetween.
Fridges and freezers often don't like being started right after they have been moved/tipped, it's best to give them some time (a few hours) in the upright position to allow the refrigerant fluids to settle back where they're supposed to be before restarting.
Check the fan that moves the air from the freezer side to the refrigerator side. It is either stuck in ice or not working. Defrost the refrigerator for 24 hours and then restart it Listen for the fan operation be aware that the fan may shut off when you open the door, so listen closely. Defrosting it may fix or the fan may need to be replaced.
If the tubing broke off evenly at the door , have to replace the door . G E's cant replace the tubing INSIDE the door . A used appliance store may have a door .
My whirlpool Fridge/freezer powers up but both fridge and freezer notworking, have defrosted the freezer but noluck, have turned on foran hourand then back again,as per user guide still no luck.
UNFORTANETLY THER IS NOT MUCH THAT YOU CAN DO AS REMOVING THE FRIDGE ON ITS SIDE CAN CAUSE THA UNIT TO FILL UP WITH OIL AND CAUSE A BLOCKAGE ITS BEST YOU HAVE A TECH ATTEND TO IT.GOODLUCK.MOHAMED
