Phillips hdmi ports not working

Yes,

When 1 HDMI port is broken most of the time all the ports are defect. This is because all the 3 HDMI ports are connected to 1 multiplexer IC. Only when the connector or the copper connection on the board is damaged the other two ports still be functional.

You still can use the other connections ( not HDMI) the should be working.

I have red dots/sparkle in black or dark areas of the picture (this affects all devices, which are connected to the tv through a single HDMI input from my home theater system)

most likely the HDMI cable going from your home theater system is bad and or has oxygen inside the cabling. if replacing the cable dose not fix the problem the HDMI ports could be dirty and or damaged

Onkyo TX-SR605 hdmi output jack was damaged and needs replacing. A) Where can I get the part and how much for it? B) Does the replacement part require solder or is it a snap in type connection?

The hdmi output and inputs are on a modular circuit board that you only need a philips screwdriver to swap out. I need this board as well since I also have a damaged hdmi output jack but have not been able to locate the replacement board. If anyone knows where to look I would appreciate knowing.

How do i use my tv as pc monitor?

Here are specs for your tv
you need a dvi to hdmi cable similar to this one here
or this for US
ask also to your local reseller.
If your pc does not have dvi output you can try a vga to hdmi converter cable, I do not know if vga one will work on your tv.
