SOURCE: How do you reset the ECO on a gas only RV hot

Should be able to feel a small piece protruding out between the 2 spade connectors of the ECO. Push it in, if it's that style.

SOURCE: I have a G6A-7E electronic ignite water heater.

Make sure propane is on and getting to your stove burners ok, first, then try switching it back on. If it fails to ignite, shut switch off and try a couple of times, if still no ignition, get back to me.

SOURCE: the electronic ignition on a gas water heater will

You won't see any red glow until the burner ignites and burns for a while. Its only an ignitor and flame sensor, not a glow plug style. The ignitor has to provide spark for gas to ignite, then it also senses the flame and keeps gas flow coming. What exactly is happening when you turn it to on?

Have suburban water heater sw6de when using lp gas the heater will ignite & heat tank the tank will not re-ignite when required it works on electric i replaced the module board no fix any thoughts?

most gas systems use a pilot light ti ignite the gas that is controlled by a solenoid valve
check to see if the pilot light remains lit all of the time or if it is extinguished
it may be that the solenoid valve is not passing gas as required from the controls or the pilot light is going out and the optic sensor is not seeing flame so it turns the gas off
In any case it is not a job for DIY so get in a gas fitter to fix the fault

How do i remove the cover from the limit thermostats? do i pry after removing the screws?

Not pry but pray. Because if you open the cover, you will be exposed to connector with high voltages. If you have to ask this questions, you better leave this to skilled and authorised persons. Even if you manage to open it and replace something, what will happen if you try to switch it on?

If you still insist in doing it yourself, try ifixit.com, because they have tutorials and video's about lots and lots of repairs. Perhaps you find your heater there too?

Hear no clicking when I turn on switch inside my unit, suburban water heater model sw12de. Could igniter be out?

Could be your igniter or possibly your control board. The red light not being on indicates you most likely have an electrical issue. Check your breaker as well. If you nee any parts this site will have them all

Suburban SW6DE Gas Solenoid 161109 burnt up, has anyone else experienced this?

YO Phatfender, Get a grip, the guy said he already ordered it. His question was not are they obtainable. Read the question before you make a stupid response!! He was asking if anyone had this experience before and was likely looking for someone who had some constructive insight. Obviously you are lacking in that dept. I personally would read your owners manual and determine if both gas and electric should be running at same time

Open flame remain out of the outlet manifold in the air shutter vent when i turn off the cabin switch of my suburban 6gl water heater

If flame remains after power shut off to gas valve, then the gas valve is obviously leaking by and can cause a very dangerous situation. PLEASE !! Shut propane off until that can be addressed.
