New to this Machine. Unit washes and stops every 25 seconds?

Just bought the unit used. Fixed the leaks and ran it with 2 T Shirts on a Super wash. Unit filled with water appeared to wash for a few then drained some water. Now the unit will mix the clothes side to side and stop every 25 seconds. It will then start again mixing the clothes then stops for 5 seconds and goes again. I thought it was off balance so ran a Permeant Press with 0 clothes. Same thing! What is going on? Is this the procedure? This has happened so far on Super Wash and Permanent Press. Thanks you so much for any help!

Biker- Thank you very much thus far. The load I did lastnight was 3 T shirts and a pair of shorts. It tumbled for intervals of 20 seconds about. Now with a fuller load. About double that it pauses every 10 seconds. Also I noticed same as drying. Finally I noticed on anything higher then 600 RPMS the machine will shake like CRAZY! On the floor and vibrate most of the condo I live in. Any idea? Optimal settings. Probably will have a few more questions and greatly appreciate your time!!!

I have it on those Magic sliders from home depot as I figured moving it each time would be a breeze. Needless to say they don't work! The spinning I can deal with not a problem. I don't even know where the transport brackets are. The back is just a white cover nothing out of the ordinary. Few other questions then I will let you go....

Can I use liquid bleach? Can't find powder WHITE bleach anywhere.

Can the dryer just be used alone without washing 1st?

Once the wash is done do I need th leave the water on for the drying?

They say to clean the sviwel stick looking drain thing in the bottom right corner of hte machine. When I take it out like 5 gallons of water comes out? I can't do that on my floors?

'Now the unit will mix the clothes side to side and stop every 25 seconds. It will then start again mixing the clothes then stops for 5 seconds and goes again."

This is the usual wash cycle it goes clockwise, then counter clockwise to effectivly agitate the clothes.

I have bought new daewoo 200wpi washing machine

If this is a new unit you should have it fixed under warranty before starting to do anything yourself.

How do I fix a F53 fault ona Miele W1712 Washing Machine

A call with the Miele tech helpdesk got me an answer: The tacho unit (coil) should have about 500 Ohm resistance, so they told me. My unit only had about 78 Ohm's, so I ordered a new brush unit (which includes the tacho). The new unit actually measures 250 Ohm, but since it was a new one I did fit it. It works like a charm again. No F53 fault code anymore.
The part no. is 6799642 - Module BSTV Mrt40 RK473. It cost me about 70 euro's including shipping. My machine is a type W3821, but the motor and brush unit with tacho is used on a variaty of models.
Cheers!

Reason why w.machines don't work

Is your washing machine is manually operated or programmable type?

If programmable have it check by the technician or better yet bring it back where you bought it and use the warranty (for your new one)

If it is manually operated, see if the controls are wet, sometimes short circuit is the main cause of the unit not functioning correctly, have it dry the try to use it again

Need ot check the main seal and the main bearing. You can do this by accessing the rear of the unit.

Washing machine suddenly stopped working during cycle

Hard Reset - In some cases the control can be non-functioning or may not accept activation from the control panel. To clear and restart the control follow the these steps:

* Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds.
* Reconnect the unit to the power source by turning the breaker back on or plugging the unit back into the wall outlet.
* Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the "PF" in the display.
* Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts.

Whirpool Duet Front Load Washer

It may be the same problem we have, that the fabric softener is leaking before it's supposed to in the cycle.
If there is water left in the tray, the suction is not broken, and the fabric softener will immediately start leaking into the drum.  To stop this, we lift the fabric softener/bleach cup up out of that water to break the seal.  Leave it up for a few seconds.
That seems to do the trick.  Although, in my opinion, it should not happen to begin with.
