Installing a new printer cartridge on hp deskjet 656c
I was attempting to install a #20 black printer cartridge, but it got stuck in the and went down too far. i can't get it out by pushing up or down on it. help!

I think that the printer driver that you installed in your computer is not a driver for Vista. I checked the supported operating systems and it's compatible with Win 2000 upto Win XP.
BUT, I saw this on a site:

Meaning that there's is a possibility that HP has a Vista driver for your printer. You need to contact HP and ask them where can you get the Vista driver for your printer. I had a feeling that it's the only way that would make the printer work.
