Put the address of eveyone you are sending it to in the BCC column and it will hide who you sent it tothey will only see there own email address. Some email accounts hide BCC so you will have to select show BCC

SOURCE: Reporting wrong times on my emails

You probably need to check your time zone settings in Yahoo...

on the upper right-hand corner just above your yahoo mail inbox, you'll see an options link... select mail options.

when you get to that page, click on 'accounts' in the left-hand menu, and once in that page, click on add or edit an account.

in this next page, click on account information, you may be prompted for your password before continuing....

once you get in there... look for 'Time Zone' and see if yours isn't some hours ahead of what it should be.... if so, click on the edit link for that section, and change this to your correct time zone.

that should do the trick!

SOURCE: Emails not reaching destination although they are in 'sent box'

Hello,
This can be due to your destination server's security settings that are set to reject incoming Yahoo emails, that were largely used by spammers in the past years.
What you can do is call the person you are trying to reach by email, and ask him if there was any security settings set by his company or ISP.
Frequently companies are using "blacklists" in order to block junk mail. You are then in a "false positive" situation that is hard to solve. Try to send from another email adress to see if that still happens.
Hope this helps

SOURCE: my email is sending out

Deactivate the address and create another, or contact Yahoo and tell them the problem. Your email account has been spoofed.

Why can I not tell if the person received a e-mail or not? when I send it, it doesn't show up in the sent area.

Some email services to not automatically save sent emails in the sent folder. Make sure that is turned on in your settings. Though, that will not tell you that a person received and/or read your email, it will just let you know that it was successfully sent from your email server.

How to stop Facebook from sending you email

So this is a pretty common issue I've seen, and frankly it's pretty easy to solve. There are a few ways you can go about it.

First you can disable all of the emails being sent by going to Account> Account Settings > Notifications and just going through and disabling anything being sent to an email. However, in my experience this also disables the notifications sent to you through facebook (the ones in that little world sign), and you may want some of those. Well in that case you can do this:

Go to Account > Account Settings and on the main settings page the third option down is Email, press change. Add a new contact email, it does have to be real, because you do have to be able to see the email (untested: you may even be able to simply use an email generator that allows you to view sent emails).

After confirmation, return to Account > Account Settings > Email and switch your contact email to the new email address.

How can I e-mail pictures from picture file on computer

The first step is knowing where the file you want is located on your hard drive. If you don't already know, then you'll need the name of the file so you can have Windows (or whatever OS you use) search for the file.

Once you have the location of the file, the real fun begins. A quick note: Not all email providers allow pictures to be sent and even when allowed, they can limit the size you want to send. If you fall in this category, your best option is to use an online file repository and email links. Imgur is a popular one, but if you want to be able to share multiple file types and not JUST pictures, use a service like Google Drive or Dropbox. If you can email the file, it's just a matter of creating the email as normal, but before you send it off, you will hit the attach button (or menu option). In button form, it usually looks like a paper clip. Now it's going to ask for the file, so simply browse to the file's location, select it (or them) and send off your email and picture file attached. Good luck!

Strange emails in gmail

Most likely someone you have sent an email to in the past has had their computer hacked, exposing your email address, and now your email address is on a distribution list.

Nothing you can really do about this but mark as spam and possibly set up a gmail filter with some consistent common feature in the subject or message to always send them to spam or trash.

Outlook is sending multiple emails

Check your outbox and make sure the email you tried to send is no longer there because outlook tends to try and try sending a previously unsent email message.
Make sure the outbox is cleaned up.
In sending email with attachments, make sure the attachment is not too big that it exceeds 5mb to avoid these type of incidents, as a work around for multiple attachments you can try sending them in a different email message.

How to sent friend request without knowing their email id

Having to know the email address of the friend you want to connect with is a setting that your friend has enabled on Linkedin.

Your friend probably enabled this setting to keep people they do not know from sending requests to connect. By having to know their email address ensures that your friend will only be able to receive requests from people they actually know or actually know their email address.

If you want to send a request and do not know the email, you will need to contact your friend by some other method to get their email address or have them send you and invite to connect. It is not possible to connect with people in any other way if they have enabled this feature.

How can i upload pics from my phone to my computer i mean pics from a text msg and phone pics

Okay, what i do is set up an email just for this purpose. When you send your message it will usually ask what kind of message you wish to create. You can create it as an email and just send it to your email. If this doesn't work, what you could do is go to your mobile service provider's web site or google what format your cell phone's email would be. When you find this format, you can use your email account to send a message to the cell phone. ALSO!! some emails, such as gmail, will allow you to email a cell phone without the format code, but it sometimes does not work. You may also try to just send your picture to the email. When it asks for the number you want the picture sent to, you could just enter the email you would like the email sent to, as this is what i usually do to upoad my pictures onto facebook. Once the picture is sent to your email, you can save the picture by right clicking it and clicking on the 'save as' button. If you are not too keen with the computer you are using, you can click on the destination area as the 'desktop'. This will make a shortcut to find the saved picture right on your desktop. I hope this works =]

How can I retrieve sent email. I sent it to a wrong person

On the left hand side of your gmail window there is a sent mail link. If you click on that it will show all the mail you have ever sent. From here you can find the email you sent, open it up and copy the message from it to send to someone else. *** for getting the email message back, unfortunately that is impossible, once a message is sent there is no getting it back. Sorry.
Good Luck and vote for me if this answer helped you out. Cheers.

Can receive emails but cannot send emails

Send problems. There are several common causes of problems with sending email:

  • Mail queued. If you appear to be able to send email but it never arrives, it may be in a queue. Some applications put email in a queue when you send it, and the user has to manually send all queued mail to actually transmit it. Check your File and Edit menus for any queues, and also check the status of the email in the Out mailbox to see if it was actually sent -- if not, send it again.

  • Send on check. This is a common problem -- many email servers are configured to use the password authentication involved with checking mail to allow the sending of mail, and therefore require clients to check for mail at the same time or just before sending mail. If you get an intermittent error message and can send at some times and not others, make sure the option "send on check" is enabled in your email settings. As a temporary fix, you can often solve the problem by manually checking for mail shortly (a few seconds or minutes) before sending mail. This problem can also produce the message "relaying not allowed" described below, for much the same reason.

  • Relaying not allowed. Many Internet access providers require clients within their network to use their own servers for sending mail, as a policy intended to cut down on email spammers sending spam through other provider's servers. If you have more than one email address and can download mail without problems from a POP account with a different domain name than is used by your Internet access provider, but get the error "Relaying not allowed" when you try to send, then you probably need to set the outgoing SMTP server address to the mail server of your Internet service provider, instead of your email provider. Search your Internet network provider's home page or call technical assistance to obtain the address of their SMTP server, and enter it in your email client settings (first copy and save your existing server setting in case you need to set it back). This error message can also be produced by the "send on check" issue described in the bullet above.

  • Server down. If you can do a successful connection check, and the above suggestions don't help, and a recipient continues to say that email sent from you does not arrive, and you are certain their address is spelled correctly, then one of the email servers between you and your destination is likely down. Blocked email is typically cached and sent when the missing server comes back up, usually within a few hours or days. If the problem persists and you can successfully send to other email addresses, then the email provider of your recipient is likely having a problem -- you should contact them by phone and ask them if they are getting email from anyone else, request they send an email to you, and if necessary suggest they do a connection check from their end to help diagnose the problem.
