How to enter service mode for WS73615 tv

Model is a v-25 chassis which has 3 hidden menus:

Done with the original remote: Menu 2470 enter is option menu (hard reset etc.)

Menu 2457 enter is circuit adjust menu

Menu 2459 is convergence adjust menu

be rather careful in the circuit adjust menu and write down settings before adjusting there

Accessing Service menu to fix convergence

How far off are the colors misaligned such that you need to enter the service mode to fox them? If one or more of your colors has taken a dramatic shift in position, especially on any edge, then do not attempt to correct through the menu. If one of your convergence IC's has failed then the colors will not align on the screen. If you try to correct this in the menu, you will only be screwing up all the settings and making the set worse. When the IC is replaced with a new one your colors will still be way off, not because the new IC is not working, but because now the menu settings are too far off. I have been to many houses and spent 45 minutes replacing a burned out convergence IC followed by more than an hour realigning everything the customer messed up.

I provide this information for those that are qualified and trained to do TV repair work. Entering or making changes in service mode by untrained persons can cause significant and permanent damage to your television. If you are not qualified to service your television, please DO NOT ENTER these service menu codes.

# Using the remote control press:
{MENU} {0} {3} {5} {3} buttons.
{MENU} {0} {3} {5} {7} buttons.

# Then use {VIDEO} or {AUDIO} buttons to enter two different groups of adjustments.
# {VIDEO} and {AUDIO} steps along through the adjustments, and {+} {-} does the adjusting.
# Press the {ENTER} button to save the change.
# Press the {MENU} button twice to exit service menu.

{MENU} {1} {2} {5} {9} buttons.
{MENU} {1} {3} {7} {0} buttons.

I have a mitsubishi big screen hd1080 model 50111 how do i unlock the v chip to look at all movies, was given to me by a friend. what is the magic pass code.

On your remote press menu then 1 then 2 then 3. Go initialize option and press enter. Your TV will reset to brand new out of box conditions.

Good Day,
Go into the 'menu' then advance area to the audio and turn speakers on. You must have TV's orig remote. Or go to menu:
OPTION MENU "MENU 1370" SERVICE MENU "MENU 2357". Choose reset.

Sounds like your TV's convergence amp IC's are bad, if so after replacement (adjustment):

OPTION MENU "MENU 8270" SERVICE MENU "MENU 8257" CONVERGENCE MENU "MENU 8259, 4 FINE, 5 COARSE, 6 MISC."

Pressed the ff on the tv remote...Menu 0370...be careful in selecting an option...have to make sure that what you are going to highlight or select is initial..selecting E2 reset would render your tv unusable..don't attemp to make any other changes on the service menu...JUST SELECT INITIAL..no other option should be selected on the service menu screen.
