Error code i need to cancle service code and developer counter pls if u can send to me technician manual for sharp ar 5316

The service manual was not available for the AL-2021 but the error codes are the same for the AR-5316

Press the :
( #/P ) key --> ( * ) key --> ( clear ) key --> ( * ) key

clear the misfeed: 24 start --> 1 start
reset the maintenance counter: 24 start --> 4 start
reset the developer counter: 24 start --> 5 start
reset the copy counter: 24 start --> 6 start
reset the printer counter: 24 start --> 9 start

How are you , this problem occurs when there is very low toner concentration on the unit or low developer.
solution

1. Replace a toner cartridge and make sure it is smoothly running as some come with hardened toner or
2. Replace a new developer which is Sharp Ar 205 dv Check that the toner motor is rotating well

This error is self resetting so no need of simulation code. Bye.

CH steady means cover is open. Close either front or right cover well.
CH blinking means developer unit or toner cartridge not installed. Remove and return well and firmly.

Hello sir; Is there have error code display on screen? if not means need periodical service,( need replace drum, cleaning blade, developer etc.).

An error code of H2 om a sharp 5316 indicates an open thermistor.A thermistor is a small electronic device that regulates temperature.You will need to call a copier technician.An Ar5316 operates at 16 copies per minute.Good Luck!

The developer doesn't need to be reset on AR series machines. Toner and developer are in one cartridge. There is a drum reset. That is service code 24-07.

Did you replace the drum as well?

That unit uses an AR-016TD Toner/Developer Cartridge. The developer is changed each time you replace the toner. To remove the drum unit open the right side cover, then the front cover, remove the TD cartridge, loosen the green screw on the front of the developer unit housing just above the TD slot. carefully remove the DV unit without tipping or you will spill out the existing DV. Then you can pull out the drum unit. There may be a green screw on the drum that must be loosened but I don't think so on that particular model. Installation is the reverse of removal.
