Turn off all other breakers. And try reset again.
3-phase solid state breaker from Siemens
Contact siemens:
http://www.siemens.com/entry/cc/en/
Unfortunately the Siemens site does not show results for WLSF320, but has results for solid state circuit breaker:
http://www.siemens.com/corp/apps/search/en/index.php?q=solid+state+circuit+breaker&lang=&site=siemens_c_ww&lr=lang_en&as_filetype=&client=siemens_f_ww
Otherwise I cannot find .pdf file to help more.

Checked the well pump and its working also reset the house breaker and still no power on one side of the house

Check both sides of main breaker, if no power on line side, call power Co. If no power on load side it's the breaker. Call power Co they should check it for free

Your question about Cars & Trucks has been posted.Had a well water pump installed and now one side of the house power is not working could the pump cause something to be grounding out the circuit?

Possible, but not likely. Simple to check, really. Just open the circuit breaker in the main box for the well pump. Then reset the main house breaker. If power is still missing to one half the house, then most likely you have an issue with the supply lines coming in. If you have the ability, open the house main breaker and with a voltmeter, check the two lines coming in, first each to return, and then across the two. If it is a US household, each side should be 110-120vac to return and 220-240 VAC across the phases. My guess is you lost one phase coming into the house. If the power is bad into the top of the main, contact your power company to have them repair their input lines.

Where is the reset button on an Amana ASZ14 unit?

I don't think the Amana ASZ14 Heat Pump has a reset switch, but you can still reset it by resetting the power (when it's not running... turn your thermostat OFF first).

To reset the power, locate your circuit breaker box. There should be a double-breaker for the Heat Pump and another double-breaker for the Air Handler. Turn them both off for at least 2-3 minutes. Then flip them back on and turn your thermostat back ON.

You're thermostat may also have a RESET button that you can push. I have to reset mine every time I change the batteries in it.

One of the breakers assigned to our Hot wtr htr has been tripping recently leading to loss of hot water. This has happened twice in the last month. After resetting the breaker things have worked fine,...

Breaker could be bad.
Let's do a quick check and save you money.
Open top cover on water heater and push in red reset button that might be tripped.
If reset is tripped, water heater should turn ON.
If reset will not reset, then replace upper thermostat:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-replace-thermostat-on-electric-water-heater.html
If reset is not tripped out, then it is OK, so test two top wires on upper thermostat.
Use cheap multimeter from home center, and set dial to 240-250-277 VAC.
Test across top two screws on upper thermostat to see if you have 240Volts.
To do full troubleshoot on ordinary tank electric water heater takes 30 minutes and multimeter
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-electric-problems-with-water-heater.html

If water heater is not receiving 240V, then the breaker is suspect, or a wire between breaker and water heater is loose.
See basic water heater circuit
http://waterheatertimer.org/240-v-water-heater-circuit.html

Now let's look at circuit breaker:
Mark suspect 240V breaker.
Identify all your breakers, and also mark another 240 Volt breaker that is same amperage as water heater 240V breaker.
Turn off main breaker.
Take front panel off breaker box.
The wires and lugs on main breaker are HOT, so stay away from that area.
http://waterheatertimer.org/See-inside-main-breaker-box.html
Suspect breaker has 2 wires coming from breaker.
See if one or both wires are loose, and then tighten.

If wires are tight, then move these wires to the other 240V breaker that is rated for same amps as water heater.
Now turn on main breaker.
Put ear against water heater tank to hear bubbly fizzing sound.
This will identify if circuit breaker is bad, or if water heater needs a full troubleshoot.
It is not a good idea to run two 240V appliances on same 240V circuit breaker, so you may have to decide one or the other appliance until you can replace breaker.

I have a RUUD 13pja42a01 heat pump. The main breaker in the house was turned off about a week ago. We have not tried to turn on the AC until today and the outside unit will not come on. The main breaker in...

Check the small wires going outside to the contactor for 24 volts. If you have 24 volts then maybe the magnetic operator coil that pulls down is bad.

Turned off main circuit breaker for maintenance for issue not related to pool and failed to turn off pool pump. After the restoring power the pump stopped working. I tried to turn on the intermatic timer...

OK .. first check the breaker in the main electrical panel, make certain that it is retset, then the breakers in the pool disconnect, making sure they are reset and feeding power to the pump. Oh just so there is no confusion. when resetting a breaker, press firmly to off , then back to on .. if the timer will opperate the clock dial , then it should be good with turning on the pump.

Bathtub pump totally dead, pump ran dry for 10 sec, is there circuit breakers on pump motors, switch or is it the motor shot. any way to test motor with removing it?

Normally pump motors are connected on a separate
circuit with its own circuit breaker. At your house there is always a electrical control panel housing several circuit breakers for lights, power outlets, range, aircon, motors, etc...Find a tripped off breaker and reset it. To reset the circuit breaker is to switch it to off position and back to on position. Better still you may reset all the circuit breakers except the main
circuit breaker (biggest amp rating).
After resetting the circuit breakers, try to switch your
bathtub pump on, (to test it, if it is still okey). Other-
wise, your motor is damaged and you got to have the
motor rewinded, to be operational.
