It's a fuser overheat error enter service mode to clear, if it comes back service call ( push in sequence clear modes(yellow) 1 0 7 hold down stop for 5 or so seconds, screen will change, power down, red switch. -Carl
After turn the main switch off and on the error appears again???? This error means that there is a bad comunication between the controller board and the operation panel.
Did you intervew in the machine? Some tecnical intervewing?
sc990 is a general software error. It could be caused by a specific application or function, or it could be caused by a problem with the process control. In general, you can get rid of the sc990 error by turning the machine off with the main power switch (the orange switch on the left side of the copier) but if the error comes right back, the best first solution is to update the machine's firmware.
The E code tyo refer the exposure lamp malfunction.Turn ON the main switch,remove the rear cover and turn the DIP switch 101 01 ON and OFF,and turn tha main switch OFF and ON.
SC670 is an engine start error. If it only happens once, it could just be a hiccup in the system -- reboot the copier and see if it goes away.
If the error recurs, try reseating the connectors on the copier's main boards. If that doesn't work, either the engine board or the controller board will probably need to be replaced.
This could be a very bad code its "main motor lock", either you have too much load on the drive unit ( paper stuck, locked up pcu or fuser ) and maybe bad BICU board.
