Hello, First you will either need to let your phone die or take out the battery. Afterwards restart it and it shouldn't be frozen. Then go to your settings and find the option to reset.
1. From the main home screen, tap menu 2. Select Settings, then Privacy 3. Select Factory data reset 4. Select Reset phone 5. Enter the password if required, then confirm by selecting Erase everything Factory Reset on Menu Setting Hope this helps, If the phone is frozen, hard reset it through buttons
1. Turn the power off. If the phone is frozen, pull the battery out and inplace it back again 2. Hold the Home and Volume Down button 3. Press and hold the Power button until the phone turns on 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to hard reset the phone handset
The LG Optimus One P500 will then reboot to its factory fresh default state settings.
My LG KU990 viewty screen has frozen....meaning...the touch screen doesn't respond when I press it. I can answer the phone and only call numbers i've already. Does anyone know how I can fix this I stupidly did not get it insured
I've turned it off and left it off for some time, taken the sim card out, but this doesn't help. Does anyone have a solution?
did you wipe down the keys and backside of the top screen when you pried it open?, i dont think theres a way to get in the middle, without a good bath.......which will kill it. try getting insurance?
I had the frozen blue screen twice. As a cowboy reset, I removed the battery for a minute, then put it back in. Worked for me, didn't erase my contacts or anything.
