SOURCE: Rust stains and bleach spots.
I'm sorry but the white spots will be due to bleach. It may be that there was undissolved bleach in the washer after the first load. Maybe some of it came out with the whites and lay in wait in the basket.
I doubt the makers would guarantee anything for 7 years, so no free basket or installation is likely. Seems there is a chip in the enamel and dampness / water from the previous wash days before sits there collecting iron as rust particles.
For the time being you could try rinsing the machine out before the first load. That might prevent the rust marks or reduce them.

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.
On some models the filter is located ‘inside’ the big hose from the bottom of the tub. This takes more time to clean.
Next run your washer with 2 cups of bleach, hot water. After it starts agitating stop the washer & let it remain for 2 hours. Then continue the wash.
Try using powders for 'front loaders'

Hi
Check the drain line for kinks or obstructions. You can take a flashlight, remove the hose from the pump and look into the suction port of the pump. Check for anything clogging the pump. (like the occasional stray sock). Also check the pump impellers for broken or missing blades and ensure that the pump impeller spins freely. If any blades are broken/missing or if you cannot get the impeller to spin freely, the pump is defective and will need replaced. Hopefully it is just a clogged pump or drain line. There is the possibility that the pump is gone or going on it, or maybe a lint clog of some kind, or even a small sock or something. You can check the lines and re-install. Check around all the seals if a front loader to make sure the drain holes are not blocked.
Or try to unplug unit and let it sit for 1 minute and plug it back in. See if this will reset the unit.
Or sometimes it is from an uneven load. Towels with t shirts, not a good idea....1 t shirt....maybe......4 or more with a load of towels not so good. Without an even load, the balance is thrown off and the load will not spin properly, therefore, leaving water behind in the clothes.

Here is what you do:
Disconnected every cable to the MCU and CCU (one at a time) and reconnected them making sure each connection is good the run the machine. If the error code
is comes back, replaced the motor that has the tachometer.
Go www.appliancerepairclinic.com and order a new motor.
Testimonial: "right on !!!"
SOURCE: clothes have dark streaks after washing
I read post after post about this very same problem, it is caused by a failure of the bearing that the tub rides on, this causes the grease seal to leak and then the streaks which are grease stains from the rear bearing
