When powering on the printer, the power light comes on and just a barcode. Can't get into setup or anything. Powered off/off, checked cables etc....Any suggestions would be helpful.

Is it the configuation of the Thermal Barcode Printers that you are talking about? If so, I got two link of teaching how to do the setup for those printers, you may check them out.
possible, need printhead replacement. Try to.
Turn printer off,
press pouse button,
turn printer on, still pressing pouse button for 10 seconds, and then relese the button. the printer will print the pouse test with barcode, check if coming with wihte lines across, if yes, change printhead.
Power off the printer and press and hold the pause key for 5 seconds while powering on the printer. This will start printing a bar across the width of the printhead. You should be able to determine whether it is a printhead issue or platen roller or both. Recycle power to exit diagnostics.
You may have an element or two on the left side of the printhead that is worn out and not printing. The best way to see if elements are not working is to use the widest label you have and run the PAUSE test. Turn the printer off, press and hold the PAUSE key while you turn the printer on. Keep pressing for about 10 seconds and then you can let go. When the printer is finished starting up, a test pattern will print. Part of the pattern is a black box. Any elements that are not working will show as white vertical lines. The only way to correct is to replace the printhead.
Ok so the printer is calibrating and printing which means the fault lies with the display, or power to the display pcb. Check the fuse on the mlb, if that is ok then order p/n G79302M (display panel)
