Pattern attempts i have forgotten the password for my dell streak 7 how do i reset it and remove the password

If you have it linked to an email account, then if you enter your password 5 times you should get a forgot password button. Click it and follow the prompts to reset the password. You can also reboot the tablet and hold either power + vol up or power + vol down to get a menu with the option to factory reset the tablet. This will erase all data too.

My daughter has forgotten her pattern password on her android 7 inc tablet, and can't get on it. Put I. Email address and password but says it's wrong but can get into her email on our PC.

If pattern or passwords do not work, then reset the tablet to sign in.

its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr
