I found this explanation of your error, although my understanding of it is not entirely clear.
Code: C6400
Description: Zero-cross signal error
Interrupt of the zero-cross signal does not occur more than 1 s.
Causes: Poor contact in the connector terminals.
Defective power source PWB.
Defective engine PWB

Zero-cross signal error
While fuser heater ON/OFF control is
performed, the zero-cross signal is not
input within 3 s. press 1087*2 then start and press 163 start then you follow the instrunction

C-6400 could have been caused by an interruption in power and can be reset by entering maintenance mode and performing a Fixing Unit Reset. This is done by keying in 1087, 1087 on numeric keypad. Next, key in 163 and press the Start key. Select execute and press the Start key again. The machine will reboot and come to ready. If it does not, then the fuser unit will most likely have to be replaced.

C6400 is a fixing unit error.

To reset -

Try this, enter "10871087" from keypad, You should now be in maintenance mode.
Enter "163"press "Start / Print" key.

You should see a screen that says "Execute".

Cursor / highlight "Execute".

Press "Start / Print key.

The machine will turn off and should come back to ready. If not then you need to replace the fixing unit.

To reset -

Try this, enter "10871087" from keypad, You should now be in maintenance mode.
Enter "163"press "Start / Print" key.

You should see a screen that says "Execute".

Press EXCUTE on the touch panel. It is displayed in reverse.

Press "Start / Print key.

The machine will turn off and then back on then come back to ready. If not then you need to replace the fixing unit.

press 1087, 1087 until the machine shows U000 self status, press 163, press start and then scroll to execute and then press enter. the machine will iunitialize and come ready for copying

Hi,

The model of the copier is usually pretty important but try this and you should be up and running soon

type in 1087 1087

wait for the screen to show 000

type in 163 and hit the start button

you may seethe word execute on the screen (if so then select it and confirm with either the green button or the silver one)
this resets your fuser unit

if this does not work you will have replace parts in the fuser or replace the whole fuser unit
