And I assume that this is a Ricoh,Lanier,Savin? Well the ID Sensor for your ITB Belt is dirty.

The book states to clean it every 320K.

That error is related to TD sensor error.
I advise you to call a trained Technician

This typically happens when trying to copy currency & certain other sensitive docs on all color Ricoh devices. This includes Savin, Lanier & Gestetner. It may work if you reduce the image enough.

Drum motor bound or defective

press clear mode once- its a yellow button
pres 107 clear/stop and hold for a while untill you see the screen changes to copy sp mode. this is the machines service program mode.
press copy sp on screen and off and on the machine.
it should reset the code. if not email me on [email protected]. i am a Ricoh techinician

SC496: Toner collection bottle error
-Definition-
The toner collection bottle set switch remains off when the front door is closed.
- Possible causes -
• No toner collection bottle
• Poor connection on the switch connector

hello Sir; You have to empty the waste toner bottle it located right hand side bottom, open the doorlook at "A" area you will see a big narrow plastic bottle pull out a black buckle slide out the bottle, dump the toner,the code will be disappear!
