Possibly the light bulb has blown, which has blown on a track on the board which has taken out the turntable motor and the fan. Also, there could be a problem with the door switch.

Kenmore Elite Microwave oven 63792 doesn't heat - all lights, turntable, fan, etc. work just fine.

Most likely it would be a bad magnetron since the light, turntable, and vent fan are running.

Will work, but, does not heat up anything

When you press the "Start" pad to begin cooking, do the inside light, cooling fan, and turntable ALL come on?

If not, which do and don't?

Is the oven louder or quieter than usual?

MICROWAVE NOT HEATING

Most likely you have a magnetron problem. Easy to replace (DYI) but make sure the high voltage capacitor is fully discharged first against the case.

Microwave not heating up

Check the door switch, when it is faulty the oven will turn on but turntable, fan and magnetron wont operate.

Regarding parts, contact the seller here to purchase parts.

You can also order from MicrowaveSvc , they also provide parts.
