Baught my daughter eMatic eGlide X Tablet 2yrs ago. She registered it & set a patternlock code to it but she forgot both. It has not been used for over 1yr. I now have it and have tried MANY ways to gain access. Without any success!!!! (reset button, remote access via USB through my laptop\pc & cellphone, disable/re-enabled entire unit, held down power w/ home,menu,back buttons all in diff ways and together-nothing, even searched different websites tring to get the software program to gain access that way but i had no luck finding the program)
If you don't know the account then you will need to factory reset the tablet. For most tablets you will need to power off the tablet completely. Power on the tablet and immediately press and hold power + vol down until you get a menu. Select Factory reset.
