I'm sorry to say this, but the water has killed your keyboard, and you will need to replace it. There's no way of fixing it, other than replacement.

SOURCE: The Number key in my laptop overlap over the letter key.

try pressing the FN key at the same time as the number key.

The FN is a modifier key and when pushed the same time as another key, it changes what the button does usually. Many of these alternate functions can be found on the F buttons along the top of the keyboard.

SOURCE: the letter L key is not working

You have a faulty keyboard. Need to change the whole keyboard since you cannot change just only one letter key.

Note: If machine is under warranty no need to pay for the repairs.

Everytime I try to enter in my iTunes Password, I am unable to make any of the letters capitalized, which I need to do to actually sign into iTunes. I have already allowed the iPod's battery to...

When you are trying to enter the password, are you in landscape mode (iPod tilted sideways) if not tilt it sideways before entering password. To capitolize you need to find the up arrow key on the on screen keyboard. It will look like the arrow on the shift key on your computer. Tap it to activate capitolization for the letter that you press following the up arrow key (shift)

Hop into your system preferences and make sure you don't have anything turned on in Universal Access. If you don't, it's probably a bad corner of your keyboard there.
