Hi my sansui sv 2110 model Tv is locked the screen is blue with a red padlock in the top corner, I lost my remote. Can I unlock it with tv buttons?

It sounds to me like a child lock function, which is usually what the screen + padlock is on TVs. Usually your original remote would have a button / sequence to unlock the mode. If you still have your original remote, look for a child lock button or refer to your remote manual (and/or TV manual for the child lock feature) to unlock the mode.
