Hi there! I would like to know how to unlock internet button from my HP probook. Its button light is orange and I have no access to the internet. I'll glad you anything you can do for me! ...

Not knowing the model of your unit, I respond with a general answer:

Using the wireless controls

You can control the wireless devices in your computer using these features:

?? Wireless button

?? Wireless Assistant software (select models only)

?? HP Connection Manager software (select models only)

?? Operating system controls

Using the wireless button

The computer has a wireless button, one or more wireless devices, and two wireless lights. All of the

wireless devices on your computer are enabled at the factory, so the wireless light is on (blue) when

you turn on the computer.

The wireless light indicates the overall power state of your wireless devices, not the status of individual

devices. If the wireless light is blue, at least one wireless device is on. If the wireless light is amber, all

wireless devices are off.

Because the wireless devices are enabled at the factory, you can use the wireless button to turn on or

turn off the wireless devices simultaneously. Individual wireless devices can be controlled through
Wireless Assistant software (select models only) or through Computer Setup.

WLAN light will not go on

I would advice you to perform a factory reset on your unit if you think the wireless light is completely and your wireless computers are not connecting wirelessly. Factory reset will delete all your settings and you need to set up the internet back.

You can also try power cycling the unit. Turn if off for 2mins and then power it on , then observe the wireless light.

There is also a possibly that the wireless light is just dim. You can check your wireless computer if they are getting a signal from your router. If they are getting a signal, that means the wireless light is not properly light up.

Please give me an update to your concern. So i further assists you

Wireless indicator light doesn't light up and

The "Wireless" light doesn't indicate that wireless is available, it indicates that wireless is being used.
You need to narrow down your problem statement by what symptoms you are seeing. Does your PC "see" the wireless router? Does the router accept your connection password?
Then follow the troubleshooting script in the user manual at

What is the exact model of wireless mouse you have? You may have a laser wireless mouse, which may not emit any visible light. The red light on other wireless mice are either a different optical mouse technology, or a red light for the purpose of being pretty. Not all wireless mice have a red light that you can see. Does the mouse work (regardless of the light)? Have you hit the connect button? Have you connected the wireless receiver to a working USB port?
