I have ever successfully restored my accidentally deleted photos and videos back from my camera SD card with the help of this data recovery article:
http://www.4cardrecovery.com/howto/memory-card-photo-video-recovery.html
Read this article and follow its detailed guidance to see whether your deleted files also could be retrieved.
Please note, never delete wanted data without data backups again in the future.

Insert this USB hard drive to your computer well and download proper USB hard drive data recovery software to see whether your deleted files could be directly restored.
No matter which data recovery software you prefer to try, always run this drive more times on your USB hard drive to harvest more original files back.

Have you get these deleted USB files back? If not, you can take chances with some USB hard drive data recovery software that can help deeply scan this drive and also find your original files as many as possible to restore:
Simply search out a proper data recovery tool and let it run to check whether all your deleted files could be got back successfully.
Note: In case of such data loss problems in the future, preparing necessary drive data backups on different devices can help a lot.
Also remember to save no new file on this USB flash drive in case of unnecessary farther data loss.

You need to remove the hard drive from your laptop and connect it to an USB hard drive adapter.
You need access to a computer that has Internet access then download and instal the Recuva program.

After installing this program plug the USB adapter and hard drive into the USB port of this computer and run the Recuva program on the USB hard drive to recover your files and backup your files.

You may need to reinstall Windows on your laptop after you install the hard drive back into the laptop.

I accidently deleted ALL of my videos on my sony dcr sr85 i was deleting a certain file but then i deleted all of them

Hello

It happens to everyone. You delete a picture or accidentally format a memory card that should not have been deleted/formatted. Luckily there is a way to recover you data if you have not used the drive since losing the data.

To start , download Disc digger from the following link :

Diskdigger

This program is freeware but donations to the developer are encouraged to help maintain and improve the program.

After the program has finished downloading , simply unzip it and run it (no installation). If you do not have a program to unzip it , CLICK HERE to download winrar.

Make sure that your memory card is connected to your computer either via the camera or preferably via a external card reading unit.

Now , select your memory card from the list when you open the program and then click next.

a0bfb5f.jpg

Now , for accidentally deleted files , select "dig deep"
For a formatted card/drive select "dig deeper"

Now select the file types you would like to recover on the next page and then select next.

bad48d4.jpg

The program will now start searching for viable files of the type you selected.

544eb36.jpg

Files that are found are displayed on the left of the window. Once the scan completes , select all the files found and click the save pictures button.

Now select a file other than the memory card to save the recovered files and select OK.

The files will now be written to your hard drive and can be viewed on the location chosen. Unfortunately all meta data and names of files are lost because of the format , but at least the picture can be recovered which is the important part anyways.

If you restored a file which was accidentally deleted , the file name and meta data will be restored.

Feel free to let me know if you need any further assistance.

Kind regards
Andrea

How do I retrieve pictures that got accidentally deleted?

What is the brand and model number of your phone?

Unfortunately, most phones does not have the option to retrieve deleted files.

The best thing to do is to contact the wireless provider to see if they have back up tapes where they can restore the deleted files.

Good luck!

How to retrieve my deleted videos/pictures

I had a case when I accidentally mirrored my drive and overwritten ALL my files. I tried to download a software "RecoverMyFiles v3.9" and it worked perfectly for me! In your case, you can still recover all of those deleted files of yours as long as they're still intact ( meaning to say the drive isn't formatted ). All the deleted files could be found on a hidden folder called RECYCLER.

The drawback when you recovered your files, you have to open each of the files you recovered 'cause it won't provide you all the file names before you recently named your files.
