The image on my Durabrand Model PDV-705 is not centered.

You should go to a local electronics shop with the old adaptor.
They merely need to match: Voltage in Voltage out Current requirements Plug size Plug polarity (center positive or negative) There is nothing "magic" about the original vendors power adapter.

Go to Amazon.com sell all adpters there.

If anyone would know it would be the company who made it. Walmart buys from small electronics companies and puts it under the Durabrand name. Very Sneaky. The company that makes the DVD player is called Lenoxx. There website is www.lenoxx.com. Here is the rest of their contact info.
