It may be the power transformer.
This is mounted to the back panel of the amp.
You could try this.
Remove the amp from the cabinet, 4 screws, it may have a plastic cover on the insdie, take this off, you will see the xformer, try tightening the screws holding the xformer, see if that stops the hum.
If that does not work, you could get a few thin plastic or rubber washers and put them under three of the screws holding the xformer.
this may work on solvinhg the problem, then it may not.
A few other things you can check is the polarity of the outlet the unit is pluged into. It could be reversed.
Check your system grounds, you could have a minor ground loop.
Also check your interconects, are they running by anything that could cause interference.

its a ct-150 15"250watt rms, it sounds great i luv it but , low volume hum then fades over couple of secounds then hum again, yet the other day it wasnt humming for a few hours then back it came and I right now its still humming . annoying yupp. I have my yamaha amp 2095 and the speakers route thru the sub.
Need better info on the model and the problem
