Hi, bought the mixer recently its been out of action for a while. i changed the wire and am pleased to see it was still working. when i was moving it around and turning it upside down some oil was leaking out of the chrome mixing head, does this mean that a gasket needs changing? any help would be appreciated on maintainance and servicing, cheers dan email [email protected]
The planetary gear housing is filled with grease. Seeing oil come out would indicate that grease has started to or has completely broken down. Take the planetary apart (One nut and a clip), clean out the old grease and liberally repack with a food grade grease something like PTFE Super Lube .

Hi, maybe you have 3 problems:
1 the tooth belt its nearly broken.
2 Problem in some gears
3 If its model A701/A check the back cover, and the pin in the top. its in good condition
