Scroll down, click on Contact, politely ask staff to change your nickname to what you want it to be and don't forget to include e-mail adress.

Most likely because you used your Facebook account to register. If you want to change this you will probably need to contact Fixya.

You should contact the site through their "contact" link at the bottom of the page. I'm sure they will fix it for you.

cost, for parts, shouldn't be over $20US. You can get both at any electronics supply house. Then there's always Radio Shack.....you could get lucky! take the amp with you.
