The word "Factory" has appeared on the screen in red

Hi.

Factory on screen means that the TV is stuck in service mode (Durabrand and more). The problem is fixed accessing Service mode and resetting to factory default settings.
On Durabrand TVs problem is fixed using a programmable remote, entering service code on remote, and accessing service menu.
Procedure is listed on TV service manual. Most durabrand use Menu and key combination 683 to access service mode.
If that does not work, calll manufacturer number to get the key sequence to enter factory menu.
