Maytag washer I HAVE A MAYTAG WASHER WHEN MY WIFE WASH A LOAD OF CLOTHS, AFTER THE CYCLE FINISHES THE CLOTHS ARE STILL WET, IT DOESN'T RING OUT THE WATER FROM THE CLOTHS COMPLETELY

My clothes are dripping wet when my Maytag Neptune stacked washer is done. I have had a repairman out to work on it three times now; he said someone overloaded the machine and the drum hit a trigger of some kind, which prevents the drum from going into a full spin. This has been fixed once already (the first two visits were from another problem). Since it seems like it's going to be a recurring problem I'd like to know if A) I can get to the switch, B) I can reset the switch myself, C) only a trained repairman can take care of this issue My clothes are dripping wet when my Maytag Neptune stacked washer is done.
