I accidentally permanently deleted my Outlook Express application, can it be restored? My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit, 2009 version, Service Pack 1

Windows 7 does not support the use of Outlook Express - this was removed from Windows Vista and Windows 7 and replaced by Windows Mail (in Vista) and by Windows Live Mail (in 7).
If you have copies of the Outlook Express mail database files (inbox.dbx etc) you should be able to migrate these into Windows Live Mail using the Import Messages option in the File menu and selecting Microsoft Outlook Express 6 then browsing to the folder where your mail database files for Outlook Express are held.
If you have previously exported your Outlook Express account details (name.iaf) - you can import these into Windows Live Mail too through the Import option in the Accounts page.
Lastly, if you still have your Outlook Express Address book (name.wab) this can be imported in to your Windows Live Contacts by selecting File then Import Windows Address book (.wab).

Hi , I just bought a new computer with windows 7 on as OS I cant find outlook express for my emails . what or how do I get this? Thx for your time

There is no Outlook express for Windows 7 anymore and Microsoft has stopped any support related with Outlook express.
You can install Outlook for office of course its a complex software compared to what your looking for. I can suggest a few alternative and substitutes for Outlook express for Windows 7 that you can download.

Windows Live mail. Get a free download from the link below

You can also try this as an outlook express substitute

I reloaded vista and now have microsoft outlook but want outlook express and can not find it on my PC, (gateway GT5228)

Microsoft Outlook Express does not have its own setup program. Outlook Express is distributed as the mail client for Microsoft Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer setup program includes the option to install Outlook Express. So, download IE latest version and install OE in it.

Where is outlook express in ie7? so i can setup my mail settings.

Outlook express is not actually in internet explorer, it is it's own program. If you click on start and click on email at the top usually outlook express is the default that will open up.

Otherwise you can find it by clicking start, going to programs and locating it. Or you can click start, go to search, and type in outlook and it will find it for you =).
