SOURCE: When selecting a printing task,If I ask for one

Hello. Try to unplug the printer from the power outlet for about 10-15 seconds to refresh itself. If that doesn't resolve the problem, it might be software communication issue. You can uninstall then reinstall the software. If you're computer is running on Windows, uninstall by going to Start Menu > Programs/All Programs > Lexmark Series folder > Tools/Uninstall. Reboot pc. Reinstall software. If your using Macintosh, go in the Lexmark folder and Uninstall. Reinstall software. Hope this helps.

    SOURCE: single page printing

OK, well when printing from the internet it quite often only prints the screen you are on, I presume, because you likes what you read, you wish to print it, well as you are on Page 3 the end of the document, thats what get printed. You actually, need to go to the File Menu, select, Print, and actually select, the type of print, there are options, Print ALL, Print Page, Print Selection, you need to set that, it sometimes remembers a setting and perhaps 3 was the last setting.. In any event don't just "Hit Print" you have to do as related, I am not sure if you can set up special "Print Now" parameters, but I expect you can, choose a "Default" setting.

How to print double sided on an epsom 580 printer

From what I can see, this printer does not have a duplexer tray. Thus, you must manually print two-sided. To do this you need a print spooler than will support this by printing the even pages, then after you flip the pages and reinsert them, print the odd pages. This works well unless there is a double-feed, because then all pages after that are out of sequence. It is best, when manually printing two-sided copies, to do them in small batches to avoid waste id your printer is prone to skips and double-feeds.

The printer prints one label and skips another one

First, I need to admit it. This is the worst printer I have ever used. I had all kond of troubles with it.
The skipping labels problem was my misery for 2 days to. I had to find out that my labels were falling out of the printing area generating a new page (label). Go back fix your width. Make sure your label fits one page (label). Print again. That's what I did. Good luck.

Black ink not printing. Will print a page fine that has color on it. If just black text on a page it is very light and sometimes skips every 3rd or 4th line

Seems like Black cartridge is either empty or clogged. If you are sure that cartridge got ink in it then remove it and soak (surface only) of the head into hot water for about 15 seconds and test it by rubbing the head onto a cloth. If no ink comes out then try again.

    good luck
