Washing programs.....?? Just moved into flat HOOVER AB100 ECO washing machine in kitchen. But NO MANUAL or INSTRUCTIONS. Don't know which wash is which.........programs go up to 15.....Help please.....Lauren

turn the wash temperature control knob anticlockwise until you come to the key symbol at the end of the blue zone; then turn the knob a little further and the door will swing open; a special safety device prevents thedoor from opening during the wash or at the end of the spin cycle; at the end of the spin wait up to two minutes before opening the door - the instructions from the user's manual. good luck!

My partner fixed this problem by taking the machine back out and found that the connection to the water outlet pipe under the sink had a buung left in so after it was removed my machine drained
