Load goes thru cycles when it reaches the rinse and spin cycle won't spin. All the lights on the panel start flashing the machine stays on but doesn't spin or drain. If we manually turn drum a few times we can get it to finish the spin cycle. We don't get any error messages just lights flashing
Kappharmd-
if yours is the same, the drain is hidden behind the lower access panel on the front (how convenient, huh?). I don't understand why they didn't just make a recess hole for it. I've just left one screw loose in the center and it kinda "compression" fits. We clean this out regularly, as my wife and family don't check pockets well. :)
One last update: I posted this on another thread, where someone floated the idea of a ShopVac. What a brilliant solution! Anyway, enjoy:

The shopvac idea someone had was GENIUS. I've had to do this several
times, and every time it's a water mess (just punishment, I think, for
not checking pockets). Well, having a load of sheets in the machine at
the time of it's most recent failure, I simply cleared a small area away
from the front of the tub (leaving sheets and all in), then stuck my
shopvac against the perforated floor and let it ****. Next, I removed
the front lower panel (it's so routine now that I only leave the center
screw in and slightly loose for a "pressure fit" and quick removal of
the panel), started the shopvac, loosened the clean-out and as water
began to trickle just laid the vacuum hose against it and let it run.
Came back 10 minutes later to check and sure enough, was able to remove
the whole clean-out without any water mess! Literally a couple of drops
of water on the floor was all I had to "clean up."
Oh yeah, and the culprit this time: panty hose. Time to use panty hose
bags I guess. Happy laundering!!!
Haha! Apparently describing what a vacuum cleaner does is banned. I guess the appropriate terminology would have been "....the perforated floor and let it draw suction." ;)

The lower access panel is under the door (On the outside). There are three screws that hold it on. Just remove them and the panel. The drain is right in front of you. I would definitely recommend the shop- vac idea, worked great!!!!
Can you tell me where the drain is to clean it? mine is doing the same thing and i'm going nuts.
This is the master control board. It will need to be replaced.
Thank You!! You would think they would have put that info in the manual!! Numbskulls!!
Thanks everyone!!!
Looked this up on youtube, just did it myself....extremely easy..very upset that the manual on my washer does NOT come with any of these instructions on how to clean the filter, just another ploy to get them to send out a service tech, and charge a minimum of $129.00 plus parts....let me know if it works for you, but watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWq0xdh8ZIA

good thing I read the other posts and didn't follow your advise. It was the coin drain was clogged. Once we cleaned that out worked fine
I had five repairs done by Sears with this same exact problem. I wouldn't rule it out just yet. They also cleaned the pump and replaced it on a separate visit. My machine worked o.k. for about a week and the problem came back. Changing the board was the only thing that stopped the lights from flashing. I am told that this is a very common issue with this unit. The scary thing is that the board that was replaced was clearly one that was rebuilt and not new.
