I didn't see this about push either switch and all four lights and tail light blink. This is the "four way flasher". It usually requires that you push and hold BOTH the right and left turn signal swithes at the same time to get it started. Evidently, the turn signal thinks you're doing this for some reason.
There is a turn signal module on your bike. I think it's under the tank but not sure. It's about two inches wide, four or five inches long, and about a half inch thick, usually gray or black in color with one large plug. You still need a schematic to troubleshoot the electrical system so go buy the manual. It will come in handy for another problem later.
To diagnose this problem, you will have to trouble shoot each turn signal wire individually and look for a short. If you don't find any shorts, the module may be defective. They ain't cheap either. The last one I replaced cost over $100. Best if you have a friend that will let you try his before you buy one. If you buy it, it's yours as most dealers will not refund on electrical parts. Make sure the unit is bad before you purchase a new one. Good Luck!
