Icloud login after account locked out for security reasons

Try this:
If you can't remember them your codes; then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer.

I hope this helps. I use Outlook notes to keep track of my passwords; I have SO many!

Login my itunes account

Nowadays, I believe that all users must actually have an AppleID to use iTunes, which is different than a password for iTunes. In other words, I used to sign into iTunes using my iTunes user name and password, but somewhere along the way, I was required to acquire an AppleID instead. An Apple ID is your user name for everything you do with Apple: Shop the iTunes Store, enable iCloud on all your devices, buy from the Apple Online Store, make a reservation at an Apple Retail Store, access the Apple Support website, and more.

I cannot tell by your question if you already have an AppleID and forgot the password for that account, or if you're trying to use your old iTunes account and forgot that password. If it's the latter, I don't think your old iTunes user name and password would work anyway. But I could be wrong.

If it's the former, here are the instructions for resetting your AppleID password (copied and pasted, obviously!):

If you forgot your Apple ID password Can't remember your Apple ID password? Try resetting the password.If you forget your Apple ID password or don't know it, choose from the following options to reset your password. After resetting your password, you'll be asked to sign in with your new password when you or your device accesses an Apple feature or service that uses Apple ID. If you know the answers to your security questions
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Select "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID, then select Next.
  4. Select "Answer security questions" as your authentication method. Select Next.
  5. Select the birth date associated with your Apple ID, then select Next to begin answering your security questions.
  6. After answering your security questions, you'll be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Select Reset Password when done.
If these steps didn't help you to reset your password, contact Apple Support.
If you have access to the email addresses associated with your Apple ID
  1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
  2. Select "Reset your password."
  3. Enter your Apple ID, then select Next.
  4. Select "Email authentication" as your authentication method. Select Next.
  5. Apple will send a password-reset email to the primary address or verified rescue address associated with your Apple ID. Didn't receive the email?
  6. Open the message and select the link to reset your password.
  7. When the My Apple ID page opens, enter and confirm your new password, then select Reset Password.

You may try the option "forgot password" and receive the solution for Password. Security question cannot be changed.

Yes your money is lost, you can contact apple to recover the account. There are several methods to recovering an account. If you have the last credit card used on the account if will help you greatly, also if you are able to provide an accurate history of the account I am sure this will also help you, having access to your recovery email if one was set is also a BIG help. The fact that apple wants to keeps it's customers accounts secure, measures has been put in place and if you can not live up to those measures then even if legit you will not be granted access to such account. Contact iTunes via email and ask for help, do not call because CS can not help with this issue. If you are asking this question here it more than likely means you did not live up to their recovery expectations, more than likely you would not be granted access to the account... I.E yes your money is gone. Another situation, did you need your password to redeem the itunes card? if so you still have access, sounds like you used a new device and apple want to verify the account, you can go to one of the original verified device on your account, login and change security questions-or email itunes--Good Luck.

Go into her iTunes or the itunes used to sync with the offeding ipod, head to the Apps tab on the left, and right click on the Facebook App. Select, "Get Info". If your account information (itunes account info) is under owner, she used your account to download the app. If you mean using her ipod to access your facebook; change the password, security question, and linked phone under "Account Settings" in FB, and the password and security question of the associated email address that you ised to set it up.

Change Password
You can change your Apple ID password through your iTunes Store account by following these instructions:
  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Click iTunes Store on the left hand side of the iTunes window, below Store.
  3. Choose Store >Sign In.
  4. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
  5. Choose Store > View My Account.
  6. Enter your account's password, then click the View Account button.

To create your iTunes Store account:
  1. From inside the App Store or iTunes Store tap Sign In at the bottom of the page.
  2. When the prompt appears, tap Create New Account.
  3. Choose the appropriate store by tapping on Store, and select the country in which you reside. Tap Done to confirm your selection, then tap Next to proceed to the next screen.
  4. The next screen will display the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions. You can opt to have the Terms and Conditions emailed to you for easier reading by tapping Send by Email. Enter your valid email address then tap Send.
  5. After you've read through the Terms and Conditions tap Agree, located in the bottom right of the page. Then again when the confirmation appears.
