This is a 3-user license version but have you ever installed and activated it on another system before? If you have never done it yourself then someone might have using your activation code. If you are indeed the original owner (or legally purchased it from someone else who might have used up all 3 activations) then you will need to call/e-mail Kaspersky tech support and have them reset the activation limit for your serial code.
