    Bummer! I was excited to see the case sensitive suggestion, but unfortunately it did not work either.

    I also glanced at the manual and read the same instructions as you posted. Hummm, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

The IP number is: 192.168.1.1.
The login info is UserID: Admin (case sensitive)
The password is Admin (case sensitive)

    If you are sure that the userid and password you are entering are correct then your only other option is to reset the router to the factory defaults. Reseting is covered in the manual but basically you use a paper clip or eqivalant to push and hold the reset button in for 10 seconds.

How to know the username password
connect your computer to it

go to start->run and type "cmd", press enter

type "ipconfig"

look for "default gateway..." and note the ip address(ie http://192.168.1.1)

go to your browser and type
http://192.168.1.1:8080

if that doesn't work..type
http://192.168.1.1

you can always call your isp technical support and ask them for it.
