Hi, everytime i try to print something the paper either comes out blank or most of it is missing.its not the ink because ive bought new cartridges twice!! and ive run the test pages and they come out fine its just everything else that wont print. can anyone help
You need to put the test page that was printed into the scanner part of the printer and then press the scan/blue button. This is so the printer can calibrate the new ink. When you have done that the next time you turn on the printer a blank page will not be printed. When you next change ink you will have to repeat the above procedure.

I have the same problem, sometimes my printer will print fine, sometimes it looks like it is running out of ink (it isn't, I've replaced both cartridges), sometimes it sounds like it's printing the whole page, but the page is blank. I cleaned the cartridge heads, I aligned the heads, I un-installed the drivers and re-installed them from the HP website and I've run the test/allignment page through a couple of times.
