To reset the phone to factory settings please understand that this will delete all data on the handset:

• Switch on the phone
• While its on standby mode, press *#7370#
• Then the phone asks for a password, enter 12345 which is the default password.
• The phone will reset.

if not, try that.

1. Back up your data.

2. *#7780# - Restore factory settings - resets all the settings to the default. The default code for all operations listed here is 12345

After installing this one connect your phone and exit your pc suite tray icon.

Then open the nemisis service suite click on the tools button then select factory settings.

Then select the check box restore factory settings if your phone is symbian
then check the symbian option then select the reset button that's all
it will reset to factory default settings your security code reset to 12345.

This is how you can RESET your phone to the previous settings or factory default settings:
Use the hard reset combination keys or factory defaut code:

Reset to factory defaults (*#7780#) : Restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)

Reset (*#7370#) : This reformat completely the C: drive (phone memory). All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

Hard reset:

1. Switch off the phone.

2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.

3. While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone.

4. Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.

It may take a few attempts and very flexible fingers!
