I cant see the video on my computer

You need to install DVD software to view DVDs on your computer, and play them with a DVD player instead of a CDrom.
Depending on the age and operating system of your computer, you may or may not have this capability built in. Please see this article.and for playing DVDs with Windows Media Player click here
You can check the status of devices installed in your computer by going to control panel>system> hardware>device manager and open the plus sign next to DVD/CD ROM drives. If one of the drives listed has DVD written next to it then you have the capability to play them, but not the right software installed,
