My Kyocera Km-3035 someone changed the bypass setting to cardstock. now i am unable to print labels can anyone tell me how to get this back to regular and not cardstock?

There are some parameters that must be correct before an envelope will print properly. The M/P tray on the KM-3035 should be configured for the proper envelope size, probably COMMERCIAL 10, (but could be another size...need to measure the envelope) and type should be set to ENVELOPE. When printing from the application,i.e. Word or Word Perfect, be sure to select the proper printer and configure the Print Set-up, print direction, size, etc...You will have these options by clicking file and then print from the application print menu.

it sound like you tried to update the printer firmware with an unzipped file from an incorrect print system you need to format the cf card on the PC first then you need to format it on the printer, you will see the card option when you go into the user printer menu. it is print system U
