Hi
I have Sony DSC T200. day time pictures are fine but indoor pictures or night pictures come out strange. I get a different shades of a 1 colour in a picture, for .e.g if i take a person's face or arm colour, it comes out bits in yellow, cream or different tones of skin colour in same part of the pic. difficult to explain but if i show a picture it will explain better.
anyone know why?
thanks
Bhumi
I solved this by forcing the ISO setting in Program Auto mode. It is easily selected from the menu system. Lower the ISO to 800 or so. Experiment with other settings. An assistant at a camera store showed it to me. It works pretty well. Not as well as I'd like, but much better than using full Auto.

Hi
Thanks for youre reply. The pictures discolour yellowish, not sure if its the same CCD imager issue?. The model Sony have listed on the news alert doesnt include the one i have, my one is DSC T200 and i bought it in Dec 07.
Many thanks anyways....
Hi
I think its called pixel discolouring....on one of the recent pics that i took i also saw same thing happen to blue. so its not just cream or yellow colour in the picture that discolours.
thanks
