what series PSP are you using?? on the 1000(first to come out) it is located next to the power button. On this model just switch it up
On the 2000 and 3000 it is located on the top right hand corner. All you need to do is switch it to the right.

you will have to take the psp apart.
From my last psp, i think you have to pretty much disassemble the psp in order to get to the mechanism, but then that was a psp1000.
Idk about a 3000.
If you have the white PSP, the switch is located at the top left.
Once the WLAN switch is on, you can search for any wireless internet connection and connect to it. If you have a router in your house, you should be just fine! If you have any questions, please ask! ^-^
